Great!!! The team is finally back in Singapore... YAY!!! our boss is back.. i am excited to see him cos he as a mentor taught me many things that even my own parents nv did... i can say that many pple in my workplace dislike him and also they all misunderstood him in many ways... he is actually a person that want a smoother ride ahead.. what i mean is the business... but sadly none understand...
there are many many reasons why he do cheap events althought this took me 2months to understand... cheap events like $200 /$500.. many pple see the instant amount but have anyone ever think the 5 small events equal to $1000 / $2500 respectively.. No!!! but this is the power of compounding!!! This small amount covers the rental, food, labor, PUB bills and many more... and with the amount of pressure that my boss is facing he still look calm in his own ways... he jokes with us and some times make a fool out of himself... he is like a fatherly figure that many of us as worker would die to have...
There are times that i really want to resign cos ppls down here cos i'm the youngest here.. i can't accept the fact that all this pple are doing this.. but when i look at myself i think maybe one day i will be in their position and also look down on younger pple... well this is how the world work... so reading from me abt how boss is... its really hard for me to leave.. i might not have the benefits of others but i know wat i am learning now will be of good values in my life....
